A new mandatory reporting law requires that insurers exchange eligibility data with the centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).CMS requires plan administrators, third-party administrators and insurers to provide eligibility data including social security numbers.Therefore, we have decided to take this opportunity to not only gather the newly required information, but also to verify the accuracy of the information on file for you and your dependents.
