At BIC (Benefit Information Center) our Customer Service Representatives have been trained to take care of all calls pertaining to claims, member records and employer accounts. PENSION CONFIRMATION LETTERS The completion of an annual Pension Confirmation Letter is an annual requirement for all retired ironworkers, beneficiaries and alternate payees who are currently receiving a pension from the California Ironworkers Field Pension Trust. Letters will be going out in the mail the middle of July to all pensioners.  When you receive your letter, please complete the form, have your signature notarized and return the form to the Trust Office in the envelope provided. If you have not received your letter by the end of July, please contact the Trust Office. Call the Trust Office with any questions. We have offically launched PROJECT UPDATE.  There is a new mandatory reporting law that requires that insurers exchange eligibility data with the centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  Click on PROJECT UPDATE for all of the required information. Look for your PROJECT UPDATE letter arriving soon! Failure to comply may result in an interruption in your benefits.
